All regular orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, during busy times , it could take longer. You can contact us via email anytime to request your order be expedited if needed.
Most US orders typically arrive at their destination 2-4 days after shipment if priority mail is selected.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. After we drop off the package to the carrier, we are not any longer responsible for the package. Many packages ship via First Class Mail which does not offer package insurance, You can upgrade to Priority Mail on any order for a fee. Please note that packages shipped via priority mail are insured up tp $50
We hope that you love your items, however in an instance that you need to return an item, please contact the business at firstname.lastname@example.org, and then return the items within 3 days from the time you received your item. You will receive store credit for the amount that you paid.
Remember that the product has to be returned undamaged, and odor free. Sale items are always final sale.
